What are Georgian Bars?

 Georgian Bars are a type of window design which emerged in the Georgian period of history as window panes decreased in quantity and increased in size and the glazing bars became thinner. The unique glazing bars gives the impression of many smaller panes when in reality it is one big pane of glass split up by these bars, making the entire window look distinctive and smart. Georgian Bars are placed inside double glazed units.
